Gianna Canuso '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello I am Gianna Canuso, a sophomore at Audubon Junior/Senior High School. I am a starter at center midfield for my high school team. 

I first fell in love with this sport in fourth grade, the first time I picked up a stick. I knew from the start that I wanted continue my love for field hockey all the way through college. I knew this was a once in a lifetime experience and i've work toward it since. The experience of playing at a collegiate level would be life changing. 

On the team I take a leadership role. I hope to become a captain during my Junior and Senior year because of the role I play. I coach with Myranda Christy for Haddon Heights' travel team and I plan to become a Junior Official over the summer. 

I currently take apart in Student Council, Spanish Club, and Interact Club. I also take all honors courses. During Middle School I was apart of National Junior Honor Society.
