2020 Highlights Personal Statement
For my freshman and sophomore years, I attended Sparta High School in Sparta, New Jersey, where I played as the field hockey varsity team goalie. I then had the opportunity to attend Woodhouse Grove School ( www.woodhousegrove.co.uk ) , a boarding school in northern England for the remainder of High School, and to play for Leeds Hockey Club ( Leedshockeyclub.co.uk ), a club that comprises players from juniors up to University students, and adults. The club operates all year long, and I have been playing every week, games and training, since September 2019 until March 2020 when I returned to the USA pending the pandemic and the stay at home orders. I have been goalkeeper for the 6th, 5th 4th and 3rd teams, and so far have not lost a game, with one tied game.
