My name is Jayde Amico. I am a rising sophomore student at the Oak Knoll School in Summit, NJ. I am a forward on my Oak Knoll Junior Varsity team and play midfield for my club, New Heights U16 Black. I really love playing field hockey for my school and my club, both are so much fun. I dream about playing field hockey in college and will continue to work hard over the next few years to make that dream a reality.
I pride myself on being a hard worker both on and off the field. I understand that being a student-athlete requires strong time management skills, and I take that responsibility seriously. I manage my time effectively by prioritizing my commitments and creating a schedule that allows me to balance my academic and athletic obligations. I have developed a routine that allows me to stay organized, meet deadlines, and complete my work to the best of my ability.
I am always willing to go the extra mile to improve my skills and contribute to the team's success. I also believe that being a good teammate is essential to achieving our team goals. I am dependable, coachable, and always willing to support and encourage my teammates. I believe that creating a positive team culture is crucial, and I strive to be a positive influence on and off the field.
