Hi Coaches! My name is Kaitlyn Jedreicich and I attend Half Hollow Hills High School East in Dix Hills,NY. I am currently a senior and I have been playing at the Varsity level for three years. I have been playing field hockey since seventh grade and from the first time I stepped on the field it has been something I look forward to doing everyday. I always strive to be a good role model for my teammates because I remember being a freshman and looking up to the seniors. I understand how important it is to have a good leader on a team. I am a very hard-worker and always want to do my best even if that means staying extra hours to improve my game. I am always looking for feedback from coaches to become a better player. I also have taken the initiative of getting my teammates together and organizing practices safely throughout the summer and beginning of this school year. I did this because if there is even a chance of us having a season I want us to be in the best shape possible. Along with striving on the field I also work hard academically. I am also actively involved in my school and community, being on the board of multiple clubs, being an all season athlete, a member of National Art Honor Society, setting up fundraisers and volunteering in my free time. Above all else, I aspire to become a successful student, athlete, and role model.
