Margaret McAteer '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Maggie McAteer and I’m current senior at Annville Cleona High school I currently old a 3.34 GPA and I’m involved in numerous activities such as FFA and 4H I’m an officer of both of those organizations. I’m the president of Dutchmen pals, which is an organization that makes certain that the students in the IU-13 classes are welcomed in all aspects of school. I’m also a senior on my field hockey team we’re we’ve had the opportunity to have and continue on this incredible season. We finished the season first in our section and went all the way to fourth round districts. I primary play center forward. I get tossed around everywhere throughout the field. For the most part I’m primarily on offense but I love the game of field hockey and will play anywhere. In addition to my school team I also play for Alleys Cats my club team. I’ve had the great privilege of making it to the national indoor tournament last year and my team placed first at the national indoor festival such a humbling experience. Alleycats has provided me and my field hockey career with some of the most valuable life lessons. Along side of that giving me the opportunity to train practice and play hard.
