Personal Statement
As soon as I touched a field hockey stick at the age of 8, and my passion grew from there. Before then, I jumped from sport to sport but since then, I have stayed committed to this beautiful sport. I have been part of club teams since the 3rd grade. On my club team, I was nominated captain for 3 seasons on U14 Red. I play varsity field hockey on my high school team in my freshman year, and expect to continue throughout my high school experience. Playing field hockey has brought me a better mentality in school and my social life; having a good mentality will help you succeed. I want to play at the collegiate level to continue my passion as a field hockey player and develop my skills.
