My athletic career has been full of ups and downs. All of the athletic programs that I have been involved in had just been recently launched. Being part of a new program has taught me how to overcome adversity on multiple levels. Throughout my career, my team has been state runner up in basketball as well as football. These experiences have helped me grow as an athlete, a competitor, and a person. I have overcome hard losses and stayed humble during huge wins. The success and failures I have experienced throughout my high school career have motivated me to become a better student as well as a better athlete.
Football became part of my life in the 8th grade. While I was unsure if I was going to like it, football has now become one my greatest passions, mainly because of my grandad who pushed me to be tough and look for competition at the highest level. My greatest obstacle has been overcoming injury and being part of a small school. I am highly motivated to compete with anyone at any level. I believe that I have the work ethic, character, talent, and leadership to compete in any program. As a three sport athlete, I have been a captain for the past three years. I am confident I have what it takes to help your team become more successful.
