Growing up in a family where Jesus is always number one has helped mold me into a responsible, reliable, and disciplined young man. I have always applied these attributes to the football field since I first started playing the game when I was 5 years old. I have always loved the sport of football because of the work, competition, and I just enjoy hitting people.
One thing football taught me about myself is how determined I am. When I set my mind to something, there is nothing that is going to stop me from reaching my goals: whether it is out on the football field, or getting all A’s in the classroom. I believe I not only have the talent, work-ethic, and discipline to positively impact your team, but the leadership skills as well. For example I was chosen by teammates my age to be a captain of my current high school team. I have had a very strong passion for the game since I first started playing this sport, and it has only strengthened as I have grown older.
