Neal Blaxton '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a country boy from a small town that believes in respecting others. I am coach-able and love challenges.  I will make for a viable candidate for your team due to my strong leadership and ability to adapt to different formations and positions with ease.  I take pride in my ability to read the plays well, often before the snap!  My team knows that I will never give up on a play.  I take pride in teamwork and helping our team excel. I am able to grasp complex plays that others may not comprehend right away, and I am always ready to teach and/or learn anything new. I also value hard work and don’t mind putting in my time to make myself and others better. These traits are what separate me from other athletes.  My strong family values, Christian morals and my love for the game are the main factors that have shaped my character by making me the humble, determined, dedicated, dependable, caring, honest, and the hard-working person I am today.

I hope to attend a college that would be able to challenge me on and off the field and also give me a head start into the career of my choice.   I am interested in attending a school with a very competitive athletic program. I embrace the concept that you have to put in work AND out-work yesterday to be great!  I have a passion for the competitiveness environment.  I love being part of a TEAM, a team is what wins games not just one player!  I will be honored to represent and work hard for any football team that sees and trusts my potential.  I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
