Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. - Matthew 5:5
People always ask me why am I so quiet. I usually respond with I am not quiet, I just don’t have anything to say right now.
It is true, I am a bit of an introvert. Because I am humble and introverted, people have had the tendency to overlook me. I am not a person who is going to brag all day long about myself or my skills. I love that people think I am not good enough. It motivates me to prove them wrong. I let my game speak for itself. On the basketball court or on the football field is where I get to show my extroverted side and where I feel the most free to be myself.
If you see me play any sport you will see I am a communicator, a competitor, and a leader. You will see natural athletic ability. As a PG you will see my court vision, basketball IQ, passing skills , my extra hustle and my mental and physical toughness. You see my ability to get my teammates involved and run any offense you put in front of me. As a DB/ WR you will see my good footwork, eye hand coordination and how tough my fight really is. I am a team player and I am willing to grow my game as far as it will go. I am always willing to learn and be coached.
Once you get to know me personally you will clearly see I am a hard worker on and off the court. Things that don't come easy for me I work at. People who call me friend are my friends for life. I try every day to do something that will improve my game. I try every day to mature and become a good man. I have never had any behavior problems my whole academic career. I have had my share of life challenges, loss and grief, and have been knocked down a few times for sure. I am learning that I am stronger that I even thought I was because I never give up. I will never apologize for doing the right thing, being a good dude and just being me.
When I am not on court or field, I like fishing, watching movies and playing/writing piano music. I am a trivia history buff and love to read. I have been blessed to attend a private school right now that is preparing me to be not only college ready but servant of God and teaching me ways to give back what is being given to me.
I enjoy life and know for sure that I will be playing point guard/football for a college or university and possibly majoring in Marine Science. It has been my dream to play ball in college. I just need to find the right one for me.
Thanks for looking at my profile.
