I am still in the process of determining what I want to focus on in college, but I have several goals for the experience. I would like to develop into a more well- rounded person in the classroom, as well as on the field. Not only do I want to become a strong student, but I desire to continue to develop into an excellent individual. Additionally, I would like to grow spiritually and as a person, so that my relationships with my friends, family, and community will flourish.
What makes me different is that I attend a very scholarly school that is academically rigorous. This rigor has helped develop my skills in logic and critical thinking and the ability to balance schedules in the classroom and athletic arena. Also, as on the field, I started at quarterback on varsity my freshman year and have gained a lot of experience in different offenses. I am coachable and have had to adapt to multiple game plans during the year due to injuries in skill positions and a small roster. I have also played both ways and am developing an understanding of schemes and am able to communicate with my teammates to execute our gameplay.
