J.R. Valenzuela '21 Recruiting Profile

"Football" was the first word I ever spoke.  Football is not entertainment to me.  I want to win.  Every. Single. Time.  I won't settle and even a win isn't enough.  I want the next win.  I am a leader on the field but I am there to help my team be successful.  My body awareness sets me apart from every one else on that field. That is a product of competing in gymnastics for 7 years where I went to the top finally competing as a Level 10 gymnast my sophomore year.  I was the State Champion each year but my last and that isn't because I am talented, it's because I work hard and never let up.  When I am on the field, I will do whatever it takes to win.
