My character as a student athlete are based on but not limited to, integrity, honor, hard work, discipline, and being a great teammate. Both my parents were collegiate athletes. My Dad played football and my Mom played soccer. I've been around football since I was born. My Dad is a high school football coach. Well, he actually is one of mine too. I learned a wealth of knowledge from watching him coach and how he instilled, CHARACTER into his coaching. One of my quotes that I love and live by is, " be a giver, not a taker".
My character traits are what I value the most. I learned about integrity at a young age and still live by that word. My work ethic is beyond reproach. No one works harder then me! Discipline is another great quality to have because without that you can't get better. Honor is a big part of my character, because football is a privilege, not given. I play the game and strive to live my life with these qualities. I want to be a leader on and off the field leading by example. I want to work hard in the weight room, be first in line for drills, win any competitions, and give a perfect effort.
The last few months I started to long snap. My Dad knew someone that did private lessons, so we have be going for 4 months. I want to play at the next level and get a scholarship. My times are very good but I want to be the best of 2023 graduates. I will be the best teammate and leader on your team. Not only do I play football, but I wrestle and run track.
