Damien Espinoza '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coach,

    First off, I would like to thank you for taking the time to view my NCSA profile. My name is Damien Espinoza and I play football at the DB position for CCHS in Delano, California. I hope you gain enough interest in me to follow and keep in touch over the next 3 years.  My main goal is to get you to know the football intelligence, commitment and passion I have for the game; not to mention I want you to really see yourself coaching me one day on your football field.

    Let me tell you a little more about myself. I am currently 14 years old with a birthday coming up in November. I have been playing tackle football since I was 6 years old and I immediately fell in love with the game. Most of my time playing, I have been at running back and defensive back on both side of the ball. Until last year when I focus more at DB/Safety. My school carries 3 football teams: Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity.  I started the season on the freshman team, and was soon call in and asked to move up and join the JV team. I accepted the challenge and had a great season as an underclass men.

    I do very well in school as a honor role student achieving A’s and B’s, but I’ll let my GPA speak to my education commitment. I am a Leader, who knows how to lead by example. Both on the field and off, I help my team and fellow students. My strongest traits are Courage, Commitment and Responsibility. I’m an unselfish teammate who will put in the time and hard work that it takes to be successful. My main goal is to attend college to get my Bachelors degree in Mechanical Enineering, my dream is to play collegent football as well. I’ll take advantage of any opportunity and give it my all no matter what it takes.
