Ryan Rizk '23 Recruiting Profile

From as long as I can remember, I have always loved football.  I come from a family of football fanatics and many college athletes.   I was born with a passion for football.   I have played on the varsity team since my freshman year. My main position is middle linebacker. I thrive at this position with 96 tackles last year and 101 this year.  However, I can play a lot of spots and have over the past three years. Covering the offensive line when guys were hurt, long snapper,  tight-end, and special teams blocker. It is not uncommon for me to play the entire game both sides of the ball.

I am an excellent candidate for any college football team.  I am self-motivated, driven, humble, and very coachable. I am always a team leader, both formally as captain or informally off the field.  I push my teammates to work hard. I expect to see them putting in work at the gym. I teach them about nutrition and what our bodies need to perform at a high level.  I have high expectations for myself and do not except “good enough” on or off the field.  I love learning.  I also love competition.  I am always striving for the highest grade in the class. I have a 4.1 GPA.   I am determined to be the best at whatever I do.
