Johnny Bauser '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Johnny Bauser. I am a very committed, hard working and competitive multi-sport athlete.  I play baseball and football and while I love being a shortstop, my true passion is playing football. I love the bond that is created within a football team. The comradery of a football team is unrivaled. I’ve always believed hard work is more important than raw talent and the name on the front of the jersey is more important than my name on the back. I spend my free time working hard at the gym and challenging teammates to extra time on the field to better ourselves as a team. 

I believe the lessons of hard work learned in sports translate to success in all areas of life. Being a good student has always come first, that is why I have always worked just as hard in the classroom as I have on the field to maintain my 4.0 GPA. I look forward to taking my hard work, competitiveness and talents to the next level.
