My name is Justin Welch. I love football because of that fast-paced, action-packed aspect of the sport. My dream is to play football at the highest level possible. I was always on the smaller side but that had never stopped me from striving for success. I love pushing my team to be the best we can possibly be and am willing to do what is best for the team and not just myself. Taking weight training seriously is very important and I also like to compete in other sports like track and wrestling as well. I value my academics very highly and make sure to be not only a great student but a great person too. I am coachable and am always willing to learn. Throughout my seven years of playing football I've realized that I should always stay positive and uplift others because, at the end of the day, all football is about is attitude and effort.
