Roman Hill '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Roman Hill, I am a 2024 Graduate from Casa Grande High School in Petaluma CA. I think what I do to stand out the most is how I carry myself and my mind set when I am on the field, in the weight room and in the classroom. There is always room for improvement and I strive to always be improving. I heard a quote early in my life that I always carry with me and try to apply in my daily life, "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence."- Vince Lombardi. My goal after high school is making it to the next level and continuing to chase perfection on the field, in the weight room and in the classroom. My inspiration is my family, the competition this sport brings to the table and everyone that told me I couldn't make it. I aspire to remain humble, coachable, punctual and prepared. I believe in having a good attitude, work ethic, energy, body language and passion in all aspects of my life.
