My name is Jayce Gamble and I am the class of 2021 at St. Joseph High School in Santa Maria, CA. I was the starting middle linebacker for St. Joseph in 2018 as a Sophomore and again rin 2019 as a Junior. I am proud to say we won the 2018 and 2019 League Championship. I am 6'1 and 225 lbs. I am an NCSA member and I have highlights from my 2018 and 2019 season posted in my profile and on Hudl. I was just named #30 on the Central Coast Top 60 list. I’m a 2⭐️⭐️ star on 247 sports

My high school has a rigorous curriculum and I have maintained a 3.75 GPA throughout my freshman, sophomore and junior years. In addition to football, I am also passionate about golf. My Varsity golf team just won the CIF title. In addition to these activities, I love raising livestock to show at our local fairs. I have raised steers for our local fairs for a number of years and have been very successful with my projects. It is a ton of work to manage with my school and sports schedule but I truly love it.
My daily schedule is waking up at 4:15 am to work out at the gym with my Dad. Then it's off to school, where I have another work out with my football team. After school, I either go to golf or football practice, depending on the season. After practice, I'm off to the ranch to wash and blow-dry my steer. Then, of course, I have to get to my homework. Then it's finally to bed at 9:30 pm. It's a long day but hard work is what drives me. I wake up every day looking forward to what the day will bring.
As a Junior, I am open to all of the opportunities that are put in front of me. I don't know exactly where I would like to attend college yet but I am very appreciative of any schools who are interested in me attending. Over the next few years, I am eager to further investigate all interests. I do know that education is a priority and attending a college that will prepare me for my life and career after college is very important to me.
