Nolan Dambacher '12 Recruiting Profile

                Football has always been my passion.  Ever since I was ten years old and became old enough to play youth football, I knew what I wanted my future to hold.  The ultimate goal for me has been, and continues to be, playing college football.  The years have been filled with a great deal of hard work, dedication, and commitment, and I am now appreciating that my goal is achievable.  I am a 6’3, 220 pound senior LB/FB at Sonora High School in Sonora, California.  My junior year I was a starting linebacker and fullback, and was awarded First Team All-Area honors and Second Team All-League honors.  As a senior this year I was voted Team Captain for the year, reflecting the fact I am a strong team leader. I am also starting middle linebacker and fullback again this year.  My hard work on the field cannot be matched, and I am only satisfied if I am giving 100% effort every play.  My high school years have been geared towards attending college and I have made sure my academics are in line for this.  My coursework has been college prep and all requirements have been met.  I am open to any type of school but would preferably attend one in California or a neighboring state.  Right now I am considering a Business Administration major, but that is not firm.  My future career goals are still under consideration, and are subject to change. One thing that has never changed is my desire to continue to play football for as long as I can and at the highest level of competition possible.  The videos submitted to this website reflect the caliber of player I have become.  I have an instinctive understanding of the linebacker position in particular, which you will see when viewing my films.  Throughout high school I have also participated in a program of community service, including international community service.  Through my participation in this service club, in addition to my success in college prep academics, I have become a well-rounded athlete.  I am now ready for the next step in my football career: college football.  Please take a look at my profile, my film, and my background information and I think you’ll agree I have a lot to offer a college football program.
