Xavier Nail '22 Recruiting Profile

I am Xavier Nail, and I am a high school student at Arvada West High school. I am 6’3” and weigh 225 pounds. I play middle linebacker and am one of my team’s main leaders. I like to lead people by example, and pick my teammates up when they make a mistake. I help my coaches by being knowledgeable about most every position on the field; which in turn helps my teammates because I am a reliable resource on and off the field for anyone who is confused or has questions. I am extremely dedicated to the sport of football and show that by working extremely hard to improve. I have shown my work ethic through working hard in the weight room, and studying film by myself and also with my coaches to prepare for our upcoming games. I pride myself on being very coachable and by not making the same mistake more than once. The biggest thing that separates me from others is my intelligence and game knowledge. I have maintained a 4.3 gpa throughout high school. I am able to prepare myself before games so that I can make good, educated decisions while under pressure in game.
