Blake Sebastian '22 Recruiting Profile

My football aspirations are to play at the next level and earn a college degree.  I am a leader and support my teammates unconditionally.  I play 6 man, at high elevations, in Colorado. As a Sophomore, I am starter on offense, defense, and special teams. I tap out for a play or two when I need to catch my breath.  OLB, DE, NG, TE/ WR/FB, O-line, and kick- off squad are my rotating positons. Defense is my favorite. Attending a small rural school affords  me the opportunity to compete and play multiple positions on both sides of the ball and special teams.  I've played and loved the game since I was 6 years old and I can't imagine not playing after High School. I focus on practicing,  my team,  and my academics 365 days a year.  I'm a team player,  learn the play book quickly,  and take criticism well. I understand playing time is earned and not a given, and I continue to push to be the best version of myself for my coaches and teammates.  

Academically,  I am ahead on my core class requirements.  I plan on attending Pikes Peak Community College beginning my junior year.  My goal is to certify in welding before High school graduation.  After high school, my dream is to play college football, earn a degree, and work as a welder part time for extra income in the off season.  Welding  will help with living expenses while away at a University.
