Kyle Jacobs '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kyle Jacobs and I am the starting kicker, punter and safety for the Classical Academy's Titans in Colorado Springs. I am a senior and was the back up kicker/punter the last 3 years for Auburn kicker, Daniel Carlson (ranked by Kohls as the top kicker in the country). Per my coaches, while Daniel had more power, I am more accurate. I am ranked as a 4 1/2, almost 5 star kicker by Kohls. The National Camp Series identifies me as one of the top kickers in the country and am a candidate for the Army All American game.

Before focusing on only kicking/punting, I played high school basketball and baseball. As an active member of my school's National Honor Society, I have enjoyed volunteering at school and community events.  I have been helping younger athletes develop their kicking and punting skills.

It is my dream to play football at an academically strong college. It is my goal to make a positive difference to the team that wants me, not only as an effective kicker/punter but as a teammate.
