I have been a competitor since preschool. Playing sports has been a part of my life since age 3. I am motivated and passionate about the sports I play which have included football, basketball, baseball, wresting, and competitive swimming. Working hard and being dedicated everyday to be a better student-athlete and person is one of my best qualities. I know that nothing is given and it takes hard work to reach your goals.
I currently live in a rural school district that is a 40 minute drive from the 4A school district I play football and baseball for. My parents have made sacrifices to get me there the past 6 years for rec league, middle school, and freshman year so far. Their dedication to my athletic career has shown me I need to give my all, every day.
I want to continue to play at a colligate level to help pay for my degree. My collegiate goals are to play at a Junior Collage, D3, NAIA, or possibly D2. I want to play somewhere that is competitive, where my skills are maximized, and I can make an impact on and off the field. Right now I may not be the biggest, strongest, or fastest but I work hard and availability and dependability are my biggest assets as a player. I am a versatile player and have experience in Fullback, O-Line, Linebacker, and Defensive End.
I’m never satisfied with my skills and I know there is always room to improve. I know that the sport is more than me and being on a team is a privilege. I am not there to only up my stats but to do what is best for the team.
