Personal Statement

Growing up as a multi- sport athlete, I have had the opportunity to compete at the highest level.  As a kid, I won championships and also played on losing teams.    Team is everything to me.  I love the game, my teammates and the investment coaches make to push me to my fullest potential.   Despite a lot of success and recognition in baseball, I choose football.  I love the game and everything about it and baseball just took time away from what I loved!

My entire life, I have kept a hard work beats talent mindset.  I don't just expect things to happen unless you do the work to be in a position to be successful.  Ultimately, I want to win.  If it takes us to the goal of winning, I am all in!

Up until my Junior year,  I played 5 different positions.  QB/DE (2018) , ILB (2019),  and ultimately OLB/ SS.  Every time, I was asked to move positions to help our team, I did it willingly and excelled.  I learned the value of being a student of the game and experience starting at multiple positions.   As a Linebacker, I love how versatile we have to be! I know I can plug into a lot of college systems and contribute  with the right coaching and team environment.

Getting my degree and playing college football has always been a dream of mine.   Staying focused on my family, school, football and working out has allowed me to keep moving toward that dream.   I do have a few hobbies.  My second love is cars (actually working on them), playing online, hanging out with friends.  My family is very important and we stay pretty active with my brothers events, the Colorado outdoors and finding ways to serve throughout the Denver community.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
