I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the success of your football program. My goal is to join a college football team where I can grow as an athlete and make a positive impact both on and off the field.
My unique combination of character, athletic ability, and academic dedication sets me apart from other recruits. As a leader on the football, wrestling, and baseball teams at Forman School, I have developed a relentless work ethic, a drive to improve, and a strong sense of team loyalty. Whether it’s training, practice, or game day, I am focused, dedicated, and open to learning from coaches who can help me elevate my game.
Overcoming challenges has shaped who I am today. Growing up with dyslexia and learning differences, I had to work harder than most to achieve success in the classroom. Those experiences taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of setting goals. I have a high B average at Forman, was named Student of the Week this semester (Fall 2024), and currently serve as a prefect (dorm leader) and on the Forman Athletics Leadership Council. These accomplishments reflect my commitment to personal growth and my ability to balance academics with the demands of athletics.
On the field, I strive to be a player who makes others around me better. I approach every practice and game with a team-first mentality and am committed to doing whatever it takes to help the team win. I’m eager to bring my passion, discipline, and leadership to your program and am confident I can add value to your team.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I would love to speak with you further about how I can contribute to your program.
Sincerely,
Elvis Harrison
