Cassaun Garrison '21 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing football since I was in middle school.  It didn't take long for me to realize that this was not just a hobby for me, this was something that began to resonate inside of me.  The more I played the more I wanted to do my research so that I could be the best I could be.  I felt this inside of my soul, it became a part of me.  As I got older I realized that it wasn't just about football, it was about my academics as well.  I realized that I had to be able to balance the two and excel in both. I achieved this goal, so I no longer consider myself as just an athlete, I am a successful student athlete. I knew that in order for me to be the best I could be, I had to study (in school and on the field), get stronger, faster and be coachable. I am  unique because I dig deep to find my own strengths and capabilities. I am distinct because I keep a positive attitude, know that I have control of my own thoughts, behavior and my character. I am respectful to not only my coaches but to my teammates as well. I have the heart and characteristics of a lion. I am brave, aggressive when needed, dependable, confident, and have leadership abilities just to name a few. I've been dedicated, worked hard and know that I'm ready for the next level.
