Hard worker. Dedicated. Disciplined. Coachable. Those are just a few words my coaches have used to describe me throughout the years. Playing football on the collegiate level is something that I have aspired to do since I began playing as a young kid. I have played basketball, wrestled, and run track growing up, but playing football has always been my true love. The experience of giving everything I have out on the field to ensure my team's victory is one of the best feelings in the world. Yet my goal is not to just play ball in college, but to also earn a college degree. Both of my parents went to college and have taught me how valuable an education is, and how essential it is in order to be successful in this world. Environmental studies is a field that I have been interested in since my grandpa used to take me hiking in the everglades growing up. The increased awareness of climate change, and how it will effect my generation, makes it even more important for my to learn all that I can about the environment and how I can make a positive impact. That is why I want to go to a premiere university that will allow me to excel on, and off, the field.
