Tait Pritchard '25 Recruiting Profile

I have always dreamed of playing football at any level. I not only enjoy the sport for its physicality, but I also take pride in my knowledge of its rich history. I enjoy learning more and more about the sport through practical hands-on knowledge as well as diving deep into the books and studying procedures and plays. 

 My early years of football began at the age of 7, skipping flag football because I was ready for pads and the full contact of the sport. I played with a traveling team in south Florida, the Treasure Coast Renegades, where we went undefeated for four consecutive years. This would be the beginning of my undeniable thirst to play hard and win big. However, one of the best aspects of playing football is the friendships that are built and the team unity that is formed…the everlasting bonds formed by focusing on one common goal…being the best I can at each position I play and winning!

 After the foundational years of playing in south Florida, we moved to Jasper in north Florida where the next leg of my football journey would begin. Hamilton County Trojans is where I call home now, where I have played on the varsity team since 7th grade. I have always been focused on perfecting my skills but always ready to play any position my coaches assign me in. I have primarily been focused on offensive and defensive line roles, playing each position on both sides of the ball with a majority of my time at Center, Guard, and Tackle.  

Not only do I strive to push myself on the field, I push myself to be exceptional off the field as well. I work hard on my education maintaining a 3.8 or higher GPA, leading my peers as Class President, Beta,Future Farmers of America, and volunteering my time for both my fellow classmates and local community.

I am eager to learn, develop, and execute at the next level no matter where this next segment will take me. I am excited to continue my education both on and off the field and continue applying myself for the future ahead.
