Hello!
My name is Adam Rappaport. I'm currently a Senior at Mercersburg Academy in Mercersurg, PA. I'm 6'4" tall and weigh 315 lbs. I'm a well rounded student and also love playing football and basketball.
Football has always been my favorite sport and I have been playing since third grade. I'd love to play football for as long as possible and my goal is to be able to do that at a competitive college level. I feel like I am an excellent candidate for a team because I am a coachable player with a positive attitude who also has the ability to stay focused and disciplined when its most needed. My current position is defensive tackle and offensive tackle but I have played defensive end and offensive guard in the past. I would like to stay on the defensive side of the ball at tackle or end in college.
My secondary sport is basketball. I have played since fourth grade and enjoy it not only for the sport itself but because it allows me to increase my stamina, agility, and quickness in the offseason.
Academically, I'm a hard worker with good study habits, and I have been able to improve my grades to a point where I'm an A student. I also have good organizational and communication skills.
I am determined to complete my work both in the classroom and on the football field and am looking forward to the opportunity to speak with you about my future college career!
- Adam
