I didn't start playing football until my 7th grade year. I never knew what the world of team sports had to offer. My step dad showed me how to love the game. He was hard on me when I needed it and would be there for me with words of encouragement when I struggled. I learned to love the process of this game. I learned to love the work and dedication it took to get my body in the condition it needed to be, to be productive on the field. Football has taught me to be responsible and accountable, not only to myself, but to my coaches and team mates as well. Having a chance to play college football, to better my future and the future of my family, is what drives me and gives me motivation.
I would like to attend a school that will help me prepare for my future. I would appreciate a coaching staff that helps young men turn into productive citizens, in addition to preparing me to be the best football player I can be on the field. I want to contribute to a team and help them win and be successful. I want to be part of a school, their program, and the history of that school. I want to find a coach that will teach me to use my size and ability to be the most dominate lineman in the game. With my positive attitude and strong work ethic, I believe I will be productive and a vital part of any teams offensive line. I would like to become a game warden in the state of Florida one day and/or do something in the agriculture field. I've always worked on the farm with my grandfather and have always been inspired by his hard work and dedication to his family. With my college education and experience in football, I want to give back to others and encourage "at risk "youth to be better than they were before. Thank you and I look forward to meeting you.
