Mark Bush '12 Recruiting Profile

        I have been kicking and punting since ninth grade and have not missed a football season. During the off season I also play varsity soccer and volleyball to maintain my strength and endurance, I have played soccer for 10 yrs. and have varsity letters in all 3 sports. I have been working with a kicking specialist coach and attend workouts and training sessions. In August (2011) I attended "NCS" Competation (National Camp Series) and received 3.5 / 5.0 stars in kicking, in Feburary (2012) I will be attending a "2" day Super Camp hosted also by "NCS".  Recently I was ranked as one of the "Top 25 Punters" Nationally for 2011 with "kicking.com" 
        I have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.6.  In my junior year I held "2 Honor Classes" along with an "AP" course in Enviromental & Computer Science. Now in my senior year I am currently enrolled in "1 Honor Class" and I am a member of the "National Beta Club" and the "National Honor Society". I have recently finished my senior season of football and was selected to play in the "Orange County Senior All-Star Bowl" as K/P for the "Westside" team. I am looking forward towards a college career; I feel I am a dedicated athlete who works hard on and off the field, goal driven and is motivated to succeed; I have also made the commitment to take that same desire into the classroom.
        I believe and have been told I have an outgoing demeanor and am respected by my teammates and coaches. I would like to play the highest level possible and am seeking a school that has the right opportunity where I can participate athletically as well as receive and excellent education towards being an Athletic Trainer.  I am open to both large and small schools as well as to all geographic areas.
