Brody Flanagin '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brody Flanagin. I play football at Freedom High School in Tampa, Fl. I am a Captain of the team. I have been playing football since I was about 6 years old and it has been my life and my passion ever since. I played Pop Warner Football for about 8 years. I have a 2.6 GPA unweighted and a 2.9 Weighted, but my grades are rising and have been since my Freshman Year. Last year I averaged approximately 9 tackles per game. I played middle linebacker, outside, defensive end, and Rover. In my years of football I've played running back and tight end also. During my junior year I received an award for being the Defensive Playmaker of the Year, and Most Inspirational Player of the Year, for being a hard worker and fighting through adversity in my life. I am willing to play football anywhere i can because of the love i have for the game. Its my senior year now. I have played alot of D-end this year and also some linebacker. I can also play safety as well. Football is my passion and I love it. I hope football can lead me to an education. I also hope to play Professional Football some day.
