Hello Coaches,
I am writing to express my interest in playing football at the next level. My name is Seth Rutan and I am currently a junior at Union County High School in Blairsville, Georgia. I currently play football and soccer for this school and have started at the varsity level for both sports. I have played in travel soccer leagues for UFA and Suda America for 6 years. This is my first year back into the game of football and I kicked it off being the defensive player of the month. This included 37 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, 1 pick 6, and 1 fumble recovery. I currently play strong safety/linebacker. I feel I continue to excel on the field but also in the classroom. My cumulative GPA is 3.6 and my academics are just as important to me. My goal is to go to college to further excel not only on the field but in the classroom. My general interest in studies consist of looking into something possibly in the medical field, like physical therapy. I get my drive and motivation from both my parents. They have very successful careers. I love the game of football and I am looking just to further add my skills to the college team that best could use my skill type.
