My collegiate goals and aspirations is to receive the highest tier of college education while competing at the collegiate level of football. I want to be able to receive top-class education while pursuing my football dream. I strive to attend a great college or university with a good football program then professionally play in the NFL. I have been chasing this dream of professional football since I was young and I strive to go as far as life lets me. What makes me a good candidate for your team is my mentality, and personality.
My mentality makes me a good candidate for your team because I am a student of the game. I may not the be the most-skilled athlete but I have my sharpened skills. Between my mental capability and natural athleticism, I can positively impact a program. I am not the type to brag about my talent but I'd rather express it through my work-ethic and performance on the field. My humbleness and the way I carry myself on and off the field is what makes me a perfect addition to your football program.
My personality is also another feature that suits me for your team. I am not one to disobey directions, but rather do it the first time. I look for guidance when needed and I can figure most thinks out on my own. Disobedience is not a trait of mines because of my manners and how I have been raised. I am equally willing to learn in the classroom as I am on the field. I am a student of the game and I grasps most concepts easily. I desire to expand my knowledge and become the best citizen, peer, dad, brother, or player, that I can become. I tend to stray and observe different cultures, groups of people, and people with different backgrounds. My personality is versatile and I am a introverted-extrovert. I tend to keep my circle flexible but with only those who are on a similar path in life as me or goals that inspire me to strive. I want to help others grow and help them achieve their goals of the professional world. I have been playing football since I was four years old and I have encountered various people, and coaches, and I have learned what it takes to be successful. My open-minded personality is what makes me an exemplary candidate for your team.
I, Jalen Turner, believe that I, as a person, is what makes me a necessary candidate for your team. I, as a student athlete and person, am one of a kind and there are no others like me. I have multiple traits, that are required to succeed in a profession, present inside of me. My features, personality traits, and athletic ability, are all gifts given to me naturally. I don't take my gifts for granted, but I rather focus on my flaws and places of myself that I can improve. I do not like to be someone that is full of themselves, but I know my limits and potential. That is what separates me from other recruits and my peers around me.
