J'lin Powell '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is J'Lin Powell and I am a Junior at Northeast High school in Clarksville, Tennessee. All my life I've been the underdog having to deal with people saying I wasn’t fast enough or wasn't big enough and I always took what they said as motivation and got bigger faster and stronger and by the end of the season I would have out done anybody who was in front of me. I feel like I can play up to any competition that's put ahead of me. I won horizon sophomore of the year because of my improvement throughout the season. I'm looking forward to going to a college that best fits me athletically and academically. I will continue to overcome the adversity and show everyone why I chose this sport that I love, and continue to grow as a leader and a player on and off the field. It would be and honor to take this to your program.
