As a three sport athlete, I have learned a lot about myself through football, basketball, and baseball. Each sport has taught me many lessons that have helped me not only on the field or court, but also outside of sports. In football, I am part of a brotherhood. Every man on the field has to work together to accomplish a single goal. I depend on them and they depend on me. To succeed as a team, each person needs to do their very best even though they are doing different things to achieve their goal. We're all pushing each other to our best performances, but in the end, a successful race for one teammate can bump another friend and teammate out of the running. Being part of all these sports have taught me to work hard, respect my fellow brothers, and always remember to play as a team.
