Jamari Fields '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I am Jamari Fields a student athlete at South Effingham High School in Guyton, GA  class 2023.  My positions in football are RB, WR and kick Off Return. My Jr. year highlights includes: 70 yards receiving TD, longest rushing play 60 yards & a 90 yard kickoff return TD. I bench 265lbs and squat 425lbs. In my 1st front page sports feature in the Savannah Morning News Coach Clark (SEHS Head Football Coach) mentioned that being fast and strong is what makes me a force at 5”6 150lbs.  I started playing football at the age of seven. I enjoy being out on the field and most importantly the comradery amongst my teammates. Football also open the door to track and field and even though football is my first love, track is right there beside it. I run a 4.37 40 yard & my vertical is 35. I contribute that to my track & field training. I’m looking forward to my Sr. year of football in 2022.  My goal is to play football on the college level, while I pursue my education in the sports medicine field. Growing up in a military family and playing football have provided structure and guidance and I’m searching for a school where I can continue to grow and develop on and off the field.  Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me!
