My love for football first began at four years old and I have played organized football every year since. I pray daily that I am blessed to play football at a high level at the collegiate level, and beyond.
My passion for playing at the collegiate level stems from all that football has given me. Football has allowed me to have a sense of freedom when I am on the field. While playing football, I can flush out negative emotions and relieve my stress. Additionally, football allows me to improve my social confidence by making plays and earning admiration from teammates, coaches, and my family. Football also allows me to satisfy my competitive urges. I love to compete every chance I get and I would be honored to compete for my place on your depth chart and then of course compete in spring and regular season games. The greatest gift football has given me is camaraderie. The opportunity to facilitate positive connections with teammates, coaches, alumni, students, and supporters of your program would create memories that I would cherish and appreciate. Last, football has assisted me with my critical thinking and processing skills in providing an abundance of opportunities to analyze my weaknesses for improvement. I would have fun sitting in the meeting room with my collegiate position coach and teammates breaking down film, identifying potential pre-snap adjustments, and and discovering cues to increase my field speed and reaction time on defense.
I have remained dedicated to achieving my goal of playing collegiate football by constantly improving my leadership skills, work ethic, fundamentals, football IQ, athleticism, reaction time, aggressiveness, coaching ability, and demonstrating self-discipline. At your institution, I will be a star in my role and commit myself to assisting the program in winning numerous conference championships and competing for at least one Collegiate National Championship.
To sum it up, I would love to continue to participate in a game that I love and has given me a purpose and joy. Pursuing my desire to continue playing football and competing for championships, I am open to all options and want to find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible, which also challenges me academically. If given an opportunity, I will exceed expectations with my work ethic, model character attributes, and intangibles valued in your program. I am a winner and I will bring a champion mindset with me to any collegiate program. You will never have to worry about my eligibility, loyalty, dependability, or my resilience. I will bleed your school colors and leave it all on the field.
