Erik Jensen '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Erik Jensen.  I am motivated to out work and out perform my competition.  My athletic career has been tough, as I have put myself out there to make mistakes and learn from them.  Those experiences have taught me resilience.  My work ethic and coachability has created the opportunity to be a starter on defense as a Sophomore and a Team Captain, starting QB, and starting OLB as a Junior, leading the team in tackles.  I also started each year as a Varsity Wrestler, and I qualified for State as a Sophomore. I show up each day regardless of the challenge, ready to fight and lead by my grit and determination. These attributes are deeply rooted within me, and propel me to continue to work hard in both the classroom and weight room to do what needs to be done.  I take pride in being a scholar athlete, taking five AP classes as a Junior, while maintaining a 3.6 GPA.
