Matthew Waddell '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a junior at Pepperell High School. I mainly train at The Factory Wresting Club year round whether it be Freestyle, Folk style, or Greco. I won state my sophomore year and have aspirations to win my junior and senior year to be Pepperell’s first three time state champion. Over the summer if my sophomore year I placed second in both Freestyle and Greco state and attended Fargo for both styles. I plan on winning at least one national title before my high school career ends.  I believe I would be a great candidate for a team since I have a mentality of never letting my losses control my emotions and only growing from it and also will work harder than anyone to reach my goals and aspirations. As they say, there is always somebody working harder than you, so I make sure they have a really hard time keeping up. I also have a 3.8 GPA and would like to study Business in college.
