As the son of two educators, school and athletics have played an important role in developing me as a student-athlete and more as a person. I have been fortunate to witness many teams, coaches, and athletes and see first-hand the time and dedication that determines the successes or failures of individuals, teams, and programs. I have developed an understanding and appreciation for the standards that are required athletically and academically to be both considered and successful at the collegiate level.
As a young athlete that was often asked to compete with older kids at higher levels, I have always relied on my work ethic and trusted my coaches to guide me towards exceeding expectations and reaching my full potential. I believe that my competitive nature that is balanced with a strong foundation of leadership and a team-first approach has afforded me the respect of my teammates, coaches, and opponents and will make an immediate impact on your program.
