Hello. My name is Braylon Cone. I'm curently in the 10th grade and I attend Bulloch Academy High School in Statesboro GA. I'm a 6ft 2inch tall 270 pound DL. My goal has always been to finish high school and play football in college. What inspired me to want to continue playing football is I always loved when I would look over on the sideline and see my mom and dad cheering and being so proud of me when I made tackles, it just felt right and so good. After having that good feeling of them being proud of me, the game of football just captured me and now it's a part of who I'am and what I represent. What makes me a good candidate for all of you coaches is, I'm hard working, very coachable, very passionate about what I do and love. I also like to say that I have been raised right by my parents and know the true values of life, family and teamwork, that's very hard to come by into days time. What makes me different from other recruits is again I know the true values of life at a young age, I have a old sole. My parents own and operate a youth mentoring program and has a youth scholorship foundation to help local youth in the community, so I have always been a part of what they do with the youth. By being around positive all my life, it has help shape me into the young man that I'am today. I would like to say that I spend most of my time at home focussing on my grades and working out. My grades are very important to me because I know that is the key. I can make all the tackles and sacks all I want, but if im not making the grades, what I'm doing on the football field doesn't matter. Thanks for your time and I hope you find my statement interesting.
