My name is Trey Gomes and I am currently entering my Senior year at Honoka'a High School on the Big Island of Hawaii. I am 6'0" and weigh 160 lbs. I will be graduating in May of 2020. I have been the starting Cornerback on our Varsity football team for the last 3 years. I was also the starting Cornerback my freshman year on our JV team. MY 4.5 second 40 yard dash time was recorded during spring training at my school in April 2018 before the start of the football season. I haven't tested since then but I can guarantee that my speeds have become better over the course of the season. I am looking for a college that will challenge me to better my skills so that I can be competitive at the next level of play. I realize that "stars" aren't made over night. I believe that it takes work and dedication. I want my coaches to know that their time invested in me is for the long haul and that I am committed to the team and organization. As an aspiring college athlete, I am looking for a school that I can "place roots" in to grow my skills for myself and my team both athletically and academically.
