Playing football has been a goal and dream of mine since I was little. From the time I could start playing football, the little leagues in my area would not allow me to play because of my size at the my age. I had to wait until my 8th grade year to start playing. This just fueled the drive and determination in me to excel when the door finally opened. When given the opportunity to play, I pushed myself by setting personal goals, workout goals, and nutritional goals. Success comes from hard work and perseverance. I have made it my goal to put in the work and dedication to do what it takes to be the very best at playing football.
I always give 100% on and off the field. I am respectful, humble, and open minded. I am willing to learn more to become a better athlete and always have a competing mindset. My hard work and dedication both on and off the field has made me a better person and player. My commitment to going to the gym has strengthen my physical ability and mindset. As a sophomore, I have started to separate myself from the rest of my class. This is demonstrated by my football coaches recognizing my hard work, skills, and dedication and asking me to play on the varsity team. Off the field, I push myself to academically excel. I am very focused in school and strive for a 3.5 GPA or above.
My goal is to play at the highest level of football and find a college that is the best fit for me. I am convinced that I am capable of playing at the highest college level of football and able to be academically successful.
