Joe Caputo '15 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'2" 210lb difference maker capable of making a significant contribution at outside linebacker. I'm an explosive defender with quick lateral movement and superior closing speed. I was a sophomore and junior team captain, 3 year varsity starter for conference champion John Hersey High School (Arlington Heights Il). I am a multi-sport athlete who is also a 3 year varsity track athlete. I run a 4.6 forty and 4.35 pro shuttle. I have a 30" vertical and 295lb power clean. 

In addition to my athletic abilities I can also offer a team many valuable intangibles including a tremendous work ethic, character and leadership ability. Some examples of these qualities include the following:

*Cumulative 3.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale while taking all honors and AP classes
*2012 and 2013 Team Captain
*DECA National qualifier, 4th place in state, state qualifier, Regional champion, District champion
*Active member in the special education department
