Personal Statement

I am viewed as a leader in my class as well as on the field. I was voted a unanimous Captain of my football team because of my hard working nature, the camaraderie I have with my teammates and the respect I show them and my coaches. Last year, I was nominated and earned the Army's Black Lion Award for Leadership. This award is given to a player who personifies team play - "who best exemplifies the character of Don Holleder: leadership, courage, devotion to duty, self-sacrifice, and - above all - an unselfish concern for the team ahead of himself."

I thrive on the challenges that are in front of me, both academically and athletically. I never place limits on myself. I want to compete at the highest level possible and continue to be a person of high character, integrity, and drive in all aspects of my life.

I am 38-4 as a starting QB in my Marist career and was a perfect 28-0 in E.S.C.C. games.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
