Personal Statement

~~One of the reasons why football is so meaningful to me is because of my love for the sport and the amount of achievements I would still like to reach.  I am constantly setting goals to not only better myself on the field but also in my everyday life.  Football has taught me to stay on the right path for my future and set goals to reach my aspirations.  Throughout high school I have stayed focus on this track and made academics a priority.  Football has a significant purpose in my life because it has made me the person I am today and taught me the importance of excelling in all aspects of my life.

I have dedicated a big part of my life to participate in a sport that I am passionate about.  For me football is something that I will always strive to get better at.  I have learned so much from my football experiences throughout the years by putting in long hours at practice with my team, working alongside coaches and how it feels when we win or lose an important game.  I have been taught so many lessons through this sport and know there are many more lessons to be learned.  This is why I aspire to be part of a team in college.
