Hello, my name is Trevor Jones, and I think I would be a great fit for any school. I would be a great fit for any school because I am willing to work harder than anyone else to attend that school. I am a student first, I work harder than anyone to train for football, and I am a good person.
I am a student first, athlete second. Education is the most important thing to me when it comes to what college I want to go to. I am a straight A student; I have a 5.0 GPA. I am enrolled in mostly college courses. I am interested in majoring in business, and then going on to law school. I have no problems in the classroom, and school work comes easy to me. I am not worried about having grade problems in college because I go above and beyond with my school work, and I try to do everything I can to get the best grades possible.
Although I am a good student, I try to be an even better athlete. Football is my one true passion, and if I got the chance to play in college I would be so grateful. I am 5'8" and run a 5.08 second 40 yard dash. I know I'm not the biggest and fastest around, but I will out work anyone put in front of me. I am the kind of person that will try as hard as they possibly can to not accept defeat, and if I do I will be ready to jump right back in. I am always looking to put myself a step ahead of my competition. I get up at 5 o'clock every morning to work out. I run two miles along with a short lift in the mornings, and after school I do the workouts with the team during the season and summer. When it's not football season I wrestle and do track to make sure I stay in shape for football season.
The last reason I would be a good fit for any school is I have good character. I was a captain my Junior year, and I plan on being one again Senior year. I try to lead my team to the best of my ability, and set a good example for the younger classmen. I do not have disciplinary issues because I try to do the right thing and be on my best behavior at all times. I want to be a role model and someone that is looked up to by everyone. I am responsible by doing whatever I'm asked the first time I'm asked it. I'm never late to anything because I show up at least 15 minutes early to everything. I've been playing football all my life, and I'd like to keep playing it for a while longer after I graduate high school.
