Joseph Wharton '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joseph Wharton and I am a student athlete attending Morton high school in Hammond, Indiana. I am a starter on varsity at outside linebacker, I wish to succeed in life but I realize I must instill some goals to get there. My first goal is to finish high school with straight A's in order to achieve a 4.0 GPA which will help me in the recruiting process. I also want to improve my speed and explosiveness as a outside linebacker and defensive end, I will work harder on and off the field by improving my grades and athletic ability. As of now I am focusing on completing those goals and excelling over other athletes who play my position. As of right now I must stay humble, work hard and let God direct me into the right path so that I can make my dreams come true. (like my dad always tells me if you "BELIEVE" it you can "ACHIEVE" it.)
